Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time We currently ship to Belgium and the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times are 7-15 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Belgium and the Netherlands.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.

Customs and Duties For orders within Belgium and the Netherlands, no additional customs fees apply as we ship within the EU.
